"I worked for this company for about a year. The owner is a great guy, but I'm not sure if he knew exactly where he wanted the company to go. It is a small company, maybe 12 employees at max. His assistant was constantly confused, ordering the wrong parts, messing up paperwork and didn't keep track of what was what on her end. I'm not sure if anyone there knew really how to run a business. They lacked proper tools for certain jobs and spent a great deal of time and money on things that were not immediately important to getting what was needed done. If they had it together it would probably be a good place to work but their lack of insight on where to take the company caused quite a problem. I wish them well in their future work."
