"Below average pay and terrible benefits, minimal vacation. Boss is unproductive. More value is placed on time in the office than work done. People are always arguing. I am the youngest by more than a decade"

"Replace my direct boss. Restructure my department to have more collaboration between the designers, builders, and sales."

"the group was disbanded after 8 years. large amount of overtime and no compensation"

"return the pension plan for americans. better raises, compensation for overtime"
