What do you like about working at Borgess Health?

"They do have some great employee's and very good physicians for the most part. They also give good care their for the most part. They're some good Departments and also some bad ones."

What don't you like about working at Borgess Health?

"It used to be a family oriented plece to work. Now it is just big business and dollar signs. Their was compasion for the patients and people. Its now big business. The department I worked in had a awful Manager and Director. They where dishonest with employee's and would lie and cheat and did unlawfull act. My imediate Supervisor was a great person and a good boss however. She is also looking to get out of there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"For the President to review the Manager and the Director of the Central Reprocessing Department for deceptive and unlawfull acts. To Keep a close eye on these two indivduals. Because they have lost many good employee's and this will continue until chances are made."
