"Small staff, hourly and supervisory personnel work well together to get the job done."

"The interview will be polite and sound great. If you want the job stress your dedication and willingness to work long hours to succeed."

What don't you like about working at Boral?

"Managerial and executive personnel quick to blame and punish. Attitude at Plant I worked at was bullying with threats and degrading language a common tool. Forced to falsify documentation to support Plant Manager goals. Long hours, 50+ with call outs, without any additional compensation for this position relative to other Supervisors in the Plant. Jobs above hourly not posted anywhere and selection process for promotion is completely invisible to non-mangers. NO retirement, 401K only."
