"Boosters is still a startup. There are growing pains. My suggestion for the company would be to focus on the operations team to ensure their satisfaction with the job. There needs to be more focus on keeping the face of the company content. Also, the way Jobot works, I must submit a review otherwise I cant complete my job application process. Jobot, you should change this. I also do not know the CEO of this company but was forced to rate. Jobot, change this too."
