"After company relocated to Lillington, NC, a 'brain drain' took place. That is, the key people that made the move from Utah to North Carolina were dismissed/let go after their experience/knowledge was shared out. Hardly any 'first teamers' left with company - replaced with low-pay locals; with a resulting loss of quality."
