"Management does not know how to run a .com. They are constantly damaging the user experience on our site to try to appease advertisers. They are uneducated about the technology involved. They also aren't handing out paychecks."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn the technology, listen to the people you put in decision making positions when they give you advice about dos and don'ts. Hand out paychecks."
