"This is a family owned business. The family members take priority despite socially moral or ethical standards you'd expect. The technology is rarely updated and it's like pulling teeth to get anything done, unless a member of the family works in your department. The management does little to engage you and help you grow in your job. It's simply expected that you smile everyday and sit pleasantly at your desk. However, if you're looking for an in-between job, this would be a great company."
