"I joined Bombardier in 2020 and found very strong in R&D, but very unorganized as in operations. Company Culture is not so professional."
"Bombardier was not the company for me. I do have to say I learned a lot to make myself a better employee and better person."
"Great company and great strong values"
"Excellent Company to work for people-oriented"
"I am a person who can adjust to any part of the world with my friends and seniors for work with the ambition of getting good pay against the work done in time and quality."
"I don't have comments regarding the subject matter, thank you."
"Very stressful, high volume, but satisfying and meaningful work."
"Great company to work for, with a lot to learn."
"I started working at Bombardier Aerospace as a cooperative education student while in college and continued into a full time position after graduation. My experience has been alright but definitely not the best work environment I've been a part of. The management does not give a strong enough direction for others to follow, which causes many problems. While there are incentives for process improvements and individual advancement, there are mandatory systems in place that take away from important work and are not well put together to actually aid in the development of employees. There are still good things happening at Bombardier and many people who are good at their job which are key to the success of the company."
"Bombardier used to be a good place to work. It is now more of a bureaucracy than a technology company. They have their experienced engineers frequently doing work other companies would assign to PA, secretaries or not do at all. It is a shame because there are interesting projects. The management is spineless and does nothing to control scope creep and gives away free development to the customers consistently. Also, training and R&D are no existent which are hallmarks of a poorly run company."
