"Bolton was performing poorly at every quarterly meeting in 2011, so I knew layoffs were inevitable. My issue with this organization is that they told the remaining employees that the people that were laid off had performance issues which was blatantly false. Shortly before the layoffs they moved to a new location and spent thousands of dollars & after the layoffs they purchased another agency."
