"Boketto is a new brand and company, we have develop a company culture based on mindfulness management, which I believe it is a great tool and key to a successful operation, the company is very focus on serving our guests the highest and unexpected service with focus on great food and overall experience. The company opened its first restaurant in NYC on February 2021, unfortunately the pandemic affected the business tremendously and had to close definitely in November 2021. a second location was open on July 2021 and the results so far are great with great overall reviews."
