"I have worked with this company since the branch opened 2018. Everyday is the same, You need to be available 24/7 with no real break. Talk is cheap, step away and then get asked why and is everything OK! The company has rolled out a sub par CRM system which we all need to use , should have waited for more bugs to be resolved ."

"Good company to start learning about logistics in the transportation industry. Many of the employees came on board with limited experience in both railroad and truck transportation. A lot of turnover either voluntary or people being terminated. Not much in the way of training programs that are sustainable. The management team is not very strong and expects support from Berkshire Hathaway Companies for key portions of their business."
