BNL Industries Employee

"Extremely white privileged even though they've hired different races. Extreme favoritism with no job security absolutely no order of organization in any department. No room for growth and the pay is very discouraging and every manager has no skills or talent with the company product their self so they're basically clueless on what needs to be done. The benefits are also way over priced and 5he 401k plan is a joke and very limited."
