"I worked a graveyard shift at the BMW plant and sleeping during the daytime was not compatible wiht me internal clock."

"BMW adopted advanced techniques and applied the theories of Just-in-Time and Total Quality Management, therefore; there were hardly any suggestions to have besides continuous improvement and adoption of the proven benchmarked processes."

"Large company with formidable resources. You always have what you need to do the job."

What don't you like about working at BMW?

"The management lacks any comprehensive plan to move forward. BMW is like working at a company that is really 40 different companies that are all doing things different. My superiors were fearfull of change and as a result failed to adapt to our customers needs as they adopted new procedures. Our department went from 80 to 15 in about 8 months."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do your job. Get serious and cut the people who are in the way."
