"Good pay, interesting job environment. Two projects are never the same."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Great pay if you are willing to commute and sometimes spend the night at hotels."

What don't you like about working at BMC Software?

"Always commuting. BMC often wanted employees to commute 100+ miles a day for a project."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try to find projects closer to the employee's home. Many co-workers needed to get hotel rooms for multi-day projects since the projects were so far away and that money came out of the co-workers pocket."
