"I was hired by the company as a contracted Junior Front-End Engineer right after I graduated a coding bootcamp. I think one thing that attracted them to me was my previous work with the community and my willingness to help people. The hiring process took a couple of weeks and it included a lot of phone and video chat interviews. Once they decided I was going to be hired, the hiring process was very smooth. With my experience being known, they provided me with the support and help I needed to be successful. I was assigned a manager and mentor.
