"The only good thing about this company was the bars that were near by... Casey's comes to mind"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not waste your time interviewing. They will tell you one thing and once you start its a total 360. Everyone in the company who has been there for three ore more years are still in the same position that they were in when they started. Stay far far away..."

What don't you like about working at BlueGolf?

"Owner is a snob who does not listen to any suggestions, thinks his product is flawless when it is a piece of crap.. Does not listen to suggestions from others even if it would help the company...VP who is the owners sister comes to the office two days a week and could not tell you the first thing about how the software works...The other VP has never even been to the office... That would be the owners brother...Sales people are lazy and expect everyone else to do their jobs for them..IT are idiots who always screw up the system.....customer service is a mess...4 employees and one sits on GChat all day chatting with his wife while looking at travelocity attempting to book his next vacation every day all day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management This can't be a serious question. There is no management at BlueGolf. The managers have as much power as the guy who cleans the bathroom. The owner controls everything."
