"Very challenging chemical products to sell the water treatment industry. Poor case studies for customers implementing a certain chemical into a water system that is very expensive for unmeasurable results of products that stand alone without other treatment protocols in place. The sales role does grant certain freedoms to travel and go get business wherever it takes you so that is good, along with a home office and own schedule. You will he micromanaged beyond normal and be careful of the CEO and VP of sales... they are stubborn egomaniacs that gossip for the sake of it while taking all the credit for good and pointing fingers at all the bad. They won't hesitate to stab you in the back (or front either). The CEO will run you off, it is inevitable. Grand visions not realistic with big corporate approach. Ethics and morals are not a top priority, just the money and credit."

What don't you like about working at Blue Earth Labs?
"I don't apreciate the micromanagement from our CEO. We are a small, growing company, but there seems to be too much politics and gossip. Our CEO is a knee jerk reactive type and it corrupts our sales staff."
