"I was hired very informally based on referrals as this was a one-year-old start-up. There was no formal rain, no in-person meetings, disorganized phone calls, and a lack of ability to delegate projects. This was only a consulting role and as the company grows and establishes goals and values, I feel they could be great; wrong time and wrong place/project for me. Everyone that works there is fair and cordial with great ideas."
