"Negotiate your absolute highest salary up front, with any perks you want. Once you are on the treadmill, pay increases and opportunity to advance don't exist."
What don't you like about working at Blount International?
"Middle management has many people who have little to no education and have no experience except Blount. They do not have the knowledge to lead a company in a world economy and are repeating the cycle with the current succession plan."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Rid the company of the middle management now in place. Flatten the organization and put educated, experienced managers in place."
