"Bloom Energy MumbaI has rotten work culture where employee growth is strangulated. Discrimination based on regional origin and native language is heavily practiced by the Head of MumbaI Operations. He is prejudiced and opinionated and retaliates to the extent of terminating an employee for his own ego satisfaction. There is no feedback or improvement more... help given by the HR team. Higher management conveniently ignores the concerns of victimized employees. The sole man acting and deciding is the General Manager and you are at his mercy. Bloom Energy does not have a functional higher management but a single man dictatorship!"
