"Excellent opportunity for someone just out of school. The owner made the statement during the Friday all direct employees meeting that they wanted to create a work environment where you would rather want to be at work that at home with you families. He means it."

What don't you like about working at Bloom Energy?

"From my point of view Bloom Energy is a very functionally divided company. Cross-functional communication is only encouraged at the highest levels of management. The management style is very similar to mid 1970 style leadership and management. Some people may like this, I didnt."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create better internal processes for the flow of information. The inefficient structure waste much of your time with busy work instead of creating solutions."
