"I love the focus on continuous improvement in work and personal life - and the pervasive culture of experimentation without fear of failure. The fact that employees at every level are encouraged to make their own decisions to help our customers be happy and to be constantly trying new things (without fear of backlash if they don't work out) make every day at the office a special experience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Know that this is a company that hires based on positive attitude and williingness to learn. Don't come in with business jargon and a blown up resume - folks want to know you for you. Be sure to do your homework on the company and founders too - details matter big time. Also, we like cake. It wouldn't be the first time that an applicant has brought one in for the team to share, seriously!"

What don't you like about working at Blinds.com?

"There's really not much - as any issues or concerns I've ever had have been addressed immediately. I wish that remote working was a more frequent option, but I'd probably miss the camaraderie."

"As we grow so quickly, please focus on keeping our current culture and vibe as positive and open as it has been!"
