"The office climate in Denver has calmed down a lot and personality clashes haven't happened in a while. When you get a few big personalities trying to work together on a small team, blow ups are inevitable. Culture and management style are much more important than they used to be and things are much better here as a result."

"Horrible place to work. The CEO smokes way too much weed and is not capable of making decisions. The turnover is insane and the company is spiraling out of control."

"I've worked as a client manager for 3 years and the company support wasn't enough to maintain the teams' key person. Attrition turn out is huge, so engagement capability is not good as an impact to my role."
