"There was continuous growth opportunity in Gay Lea Foods as I have started with lower wages however within six months period of time I was given raise and another was somewhere around an anniversary."

"One has to be really tough, determined and strong to face unexpected issues and goal oriented working with Gay Lea Foods."

What don't you like about working at Gay Lea Foods Coop?

"Experienced operators working since last more than 20years or so never have cooperated with new hired as they had ego of having through knowledge and had not taken initiative to share the knowledge and their expertise which was very unfortunate for the organization."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management had played fairly a good roll and they were very neutral and equal to all employees."
