"No lead, management changed frequently, bad communication between departments, great refiew structure but no raises, no matter how good an employee performs his job."

"Bleichert would be a great company if management would stay more than a few month and implement a structure so everybody knows his task, people need to be held accountable, schedules and budgets need to be kept."
