"Field Engineer: great experience for the first year with ok pay considering the extremely long work weeks and relocating. You can pocket your below average (if an engineer) salary due to the living expenses covered. After the first year experience gain slows greatly. The site team you work with is the deciding factor of the work atmosphere which can vary greatly. Very unlikely to move up in position in less than 2 years. Very difficult to maintain a healthy life style in this position."
