"Great work experience learning and understanding the business thinking side of the insurance repair industry. I came from the insurance adjuster side and it was a real education. I am very thankful for my two years at Blake Enterprises and enjoyed the experience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be realistic if going for an estimaotor position. Many people decide when and how much you get paid and it is difficult to be the new guy at any company when it comes to being an estimator. You get all the jobs no one else wants or that pay poorly."

What don't you like about working at Blake Enterprises Placentia?

"As the estimator of the project, you were only paid when the job was done. That could mean weeks and/or months before you got paid. Too long to make the money."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing. It is a tough business and they have survic=ved it well."
