What do you like about working at Blackhawk Management?

"The personal interaction of the Management team, contact though we were in a very remote area was important to them. Also they took the time to get my clearance made permanent before we even deployed. A huge advantage that most companies for fear of you jumping ship would not do."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest, but do not sell yourself short. Even though it is a consultant position there is a small learning curve allowed....I had limited Satellite experience entering my deployment and came home an expert in the field. (Being the only person on base who could properly align a commercial Satellite Dish improved my value not only to my client but also improved the quality of life for hundreds of our deployed troops. What don't you like about working at Blackhawk Management?

"(At the time of my deployment) They had limited experience with the needs of people deployed in a hostile environment. (this situation improved markedly as the contract progressed."

"None, they were professional and courteous and improved operations throughout my deployment."
