"No tips neccessary anyone with some skills and don't mind the harsh working condition and environment can volunteer the pay is just enough for living expences less than $20000 a year."

"I was the manager some of the projects. The other charity work I do not have any suggestion they did the best they could under the circumstances."

"Helped with my career, they take a lot of stock in their employees. Very good about training and keeping up to date with new technology."

"I was actually working as a contractor. It was hard to learn all their information systems."

"The fact that I got laid off at a very bad time (right around the time of the 9/11 incident)."

"There are plenty of great personalities that I worked for in the management positions, and I got along with all of them, and they appreciated my value, offerings to provide great product design, and intuition to produce an exceptional package."
