"Backward thinking and abusive to staff no pto no sick time benefits are subpar. Micromanagement and built on fear based motivation. They will steal your work and will take credit on contributions made and efforts given to improve. Disconnected management structure and poor to no accountability. They are not loyal to their employees. Stay away I feel horrible that I have improved them as much as I have because I have helped them survive longer to take advantage of their customers and staff."
