"The company has advantages that many corporations don’t."
"I was hired on as an audit intern for the 2020 busy season. The Hiring and Onboarding Process was incredible and as efficient as possible. While there, I learned a lot about the public accounting industry which was great for an internship. The people there were great to work with and management treated you as a person and not a cog in the machine. Overall, my experience with BKD was great. I wouldn’t have wanted to do my internship with any other firm."

"I've worked at BKD for approx 3 years. Since taking the role, other than some incidents where leadership misled or deceived, it's been a pretty decent job. The job itself is pretty easy compared to other roles in the IT world, but the compensation is on the lower end of the mid-range. Their increase structure is also poor. My report chain was fairly short and I had fairly regular interactions with the CIO and another high level upper management."
