"I have worked for BJWSA for the past 8 years and have still been unable to work up any from the first position I took here at the company. Since I came to BJWSA I have advanced my education from High School to a BS degree in IT and still can not move up in pay or position. They do not help with education or allow for advancements with in the company. the best thing about BJWSA is that it is a steady pay check, that you can count on. Each week it is the same hours and the same pay no matter how hard or how little work you do."
