What do you like about working at BITZER?
"The company is a small company, everyone knows each other pretty well, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to leave early or come in late. I am good at what I do and the company pays me accordingly."
What don't you like about working at BITZER?
"Recently the company was sold to a group of investors, since then the management team in my opinion is responsible for the company being very late with almost all the product that needs to be delivered."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to define their roles and responsibilities so that employees know who to go to when issues come up."
