"There are pros working here and the people are great - but the company culture is one that is incredibly disorganized, does not function like a US Based company and breeds chaos. Despite that - the company still "worth it" to work at...but now that seems to be changing. Applying for a role here? Go for it and there are really great things about it, but the company doesn't understand the sort of experience or product quality that those outside of the EU expect (Just because your'e called "Bitdefender" doesn't mean customers are going to choose your software comparable but cheaper and more well known alternatives. Pay was pretty good. But it's 2020 now...so I'd say it's "ok" now. The founder/president is truly a wonderful guy."
