"I've been at Bitcoin IRA for under a year and have enjoyed working here overall. I enjoy working in a startup environment due to the scrappy, get-things-done vibe that generally accompanies them. I am happiest when I am building, and there has been no shortage of that since I began working here. There is a fair amount of red tape here, especially considering the small size of the company, which I have found to be a bit creatively stifling, but it's nothing I haven't experienced in past roles, especially on the agency side. Benefits are below average."
