"Being a Birthday Coordinator can be rewarding, you get to talk to a lot more parents than you would normally as a showroom hostess. To be honest that is the only major difference and besides to make sure everyone is doing what they have to, which is probably what someone is already doing before getting promoted to BC. It looks good on a resume and gives you a higher opportunity to open stores in different areas and train them in something you are an expert in."
