"The variety the job offers. There's never a dull day, attending clients, hunting for prospects in different countries and helping out the team makes everyday different. Getting a Sale is great but expanding the reach of the company to a new country is amazing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest and everything will work out. If it doesn't work out at first try studying more about the company and the tools it uses and offers. Most importantly dont give up. Nothing happens to those who dont try."

What don't you like about working at BIOSALC?

"The unnecessary obstacles one faces. Not having a company cell phone with Skype for an international Sales Manager can sometimes get in the way. When it comes to finances the company many times can really hold you back not just in sales but in professional growth as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look towards the future and consolidate the systems now. IT is a fast changing world and for the company to continue growing, cloud computing is the way to go."
