"If I could give a zero stars rating, I would. I have encounter nothing but rude and nasty people since I have started working for this company. I can never get a straight answer about procedures or about lab results. I have to fight and be the bigger person each time I talk to someone who works in either Customer Service, HR, Payroll. They just don't care about their customer service. And for this company to have been around for so long, they should DEFINITELY be better than this. I have worked different jobs my whole working career and have NEVER had an EMPLOYEE talk to me the way these people at this company do. That starts from management and up. Please be aware of what you are signing up for,"
