"Management needs to deal with the toxic environment that has been developing in the last year or so. Prior to that, the company was not a bad place to work. The lower-level managers are increasingly micro-managing the employees and literally pitting them against each other. HR has been made aware of this by many employees many times and nothing has been done which tells the employees that they don't matter at all. The poor planning by all departments has made everything an emergency all of the time which only means more and more mistakes will happen. Reactivity instead of proactivity will absolutely lead to failure."
