"Bionet Esthetics, Inc. is a small manufacturing business operated out of Little Rock, AR specializing in skin health within the dermatology, plastic surgery, facial plastic surgery, laser center arena. Strong marketing skills are definitely required."

What don't you like about working at Bionet Esthetics?

"After moving to NYC from Little ROck I have had to manage the business as a remote owner. As we had one large acount which was very successful and six other smaller but also large accounts I focused on these. We recently lost our largest account and almost 2M per annum in revanues. The company is stable and continues to operate in the black with some downsizing but need a direct management at this point to rebuild. I will be in the NYC area for at least the next six years and decided to sell the business. I will know re-enter a career in medical devise sales."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company, Bionet Esthetics, Inc., has been operating in profit even with the loss of a key account and a great deal of revenue. I would maintain what is currently working and redirect sales efforts in a more growth oriented fashion. In the products manufacturing business a lot of development of business and a little bit of luck helps a lot. AntI aging skin health is competitive but it is a growing industry. A good company will earn it's share of the market."
