"I’ve worked for Goldbelt since March. Processes are strictly overseen by several ISO9000 practices and an emphasis on customer satisfaction. While strict, the processes are halted and slowed by additional red tape, so efficiency on the first try is emphasized. The variety of equipment that comes in is low, but it does give you a mastery over the machines that come in for repair or inspection."
