"I have been an employee of BioIVT since 2013. The company is growing quite rapidly and offers a highly diverse portfolio of products spread throughout more than a dozen sites around the globe. The company offers many opportunities, but they seem to be largely dependent on an employee's location. Benefits exist, but are limited. Individual employee happiness/satisfaction seems to be largely dependent on direct managerial interaction, which is highly variable between departments and location."
