"Get clear about what what they want you to do."

What don't you like about working at Biogen Idec?

"Either they simply didn't have any work for me to do, or my supervisor couldn't figure out what he wanted me to do. Despite letting them know that I was being underutilized I still went for days without being given any direction whatever."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get your stuff together. Listen to what the people who are working with you have to say."
