4.8 Biogen has been a great place to start my career as a data scientist. I was given the freedom to study all its current processes and provide new insights of applying advanced analytics such as machine learning predictive or classification models to be implemented in the current operation excellence team framework. While my team was global, my work was discussed for feedback every week along-with all the other team jobs. The team was always supportive of any new ideas and then brainstormed together to make the project feasible and deployable.
