What do you like about working at BinVita?

"Because BinVita was a start up and a relatively small company, I was able to wear many hats. Not only was I in charge of the supply chain, but I also worked closely with the ERP and CRM tools, the Customer Service set up, and the back office for the compensation plan."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to work very hard. Leave any personal feelings at the door. The environment is intense and they require 150% of your heart and soul. In return, they would give you the shirt off their backs, but you have to prove youre tough first. :-)"

What don't you like about working at BinVita?

"Being at a start up is a very unique kind of stress. In addition to deadlines, costing and quality, there was the unique pressure of launching a business with investors money. It brought a very heavy weight to any and all actions that I took."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management at BinVita is wonderful. My only suggestion to the team as a whole would be to ensure the financing further up front and put more stress into the marketing and sales plan."
