"Good company all around. However, due to upper management changes one year after starting I was not permitted to advance in the direction desired due to a new President. Also, schedule and other negotiations I was given when hired were no longer an option. I was told those items were given by the previous president and no longer applied. The animosity between former and new President did not help my situation."
