"It's a great student job, but that's all it is."

What don't you like about working at Binghamton University?

"My position is only available part time, as it's a student assistanship, so even if I were to continue working there I wouldn't have enough hours. Also my job is a little monotonous. But since I'm about to graduate, I can't keep my job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take greater strides to move what the library as a whole into the future, greater focus on technology and digitization, rather than just maintaining the status quo."
