"I like how we all work as a team and if a job doesn't look its absolute best, we rework/reprint the job again until it is.What I don't like is when a job is done at its absolute best, sometimes the customer is just not happy or has a complaint and we have to do the job again. But as they all say, "The customer is always right.""

"I have a job doing what I like and having pride producing a good product."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on the management style of fairness and equality without emphase on favoritism. Small and petty items are not the focus if you have qualified supervisors in place, therefore, the company can work on growth, profit and rewarding true individuals who deserve praise for a job well done."
