Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"This company is a joke."

What do you like about working at The Marek Group?

"It has a good infrastructure (building, equipment, etc.). That's it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Dont even bother unless you have nowhere else to go."

What don't you like about working at The Marek Group?

"The founder of the company, Frank Marek, a high school dropout, built the company through sheer willpower, sociopathic salesmanship, and complete disregard for his employees. He treated even his management team as if they were sweatshop workers. After he died of cancer in 2003, his two children Fuzzy (Frank, Jr.) and TamI took over. They have their fathers complete disregard for their employees but not his willpower or salesmanship. Their management team is comprised of former schoolmates and relatives."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fuzzy (Frank, Jr.) and Tami, the children of the companys founder, should sell the company and live off their trust funds, because neither has the intelligence or talent to perform any job competently. This is especially true of Fuzzy, whose entire skill set is limited to quarterbacking a school football team and tasting wine."

Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"This isn't hyperbole: the people running this company are evil."

What do you like about working at NCL Graphic Specialties?

"1) Because of the company's prodigious employee turnover (due to its mistreatment of its employees), it will hire just about anyone. So persons with poor work histories and/or criminal records can get work there.2) N/A (There is nothing else to list as a pro.)"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't bother. Don't unless you have nowhere else to go."

What don't you like about working at NCL Graphic Specialties?

"1) The supervisors and managers regularly verbally abuse their employees, no matter how competent or hard-working the employees may be.2) When an employee is due for a review with a concomitant raise, the managers will deliberately procrastinate in writing the review until the employee makes some kind of mistake and then exaggerate it in the review to cheat the employee out of the raise.3) The managers know next to nothing about their bindery processes and actually hamper their employees' productivity with their poor decision making."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"NCL Graphic Specialties survives and thrives because it caters to a niche market avoided by all but a few printing companies. So its managers see nothing wrong with how they do business. Therefore, giving them any advice would be an exercise in futility."
